
MY MISSION
I created Worth the Weight Fitness for the sole purpose of helping women age 30 and up improve her overall health, body-image and self-worth by designing fitness and nutrition plans customized to reach each individual’s specific goals. A goal without an effective plan is just a wish, and trying to come up with an effective plan yourself can be complicated, time-consuming and overwhelming...This is where I come in!
I provide individual education and accountability on proper diet and exercise techniques that will get you the results you have always wanted while supporting you through the highs and lows of the journey. Reaching almost 300 pounds myself in August of 2020, I can personally relate to the shame and self-loathing that comes with being overweight. My mission is to help people lose their shame as they regain their life through one healthy choice at a time!
